Getting Started

To use Sizeup, you must first enter your phone number and PIN in the app's settings. This phone number and PIN should match the number and PIN used for Rover. If you're unsure about your phone number and PIN, please reach out to your fire department for assistance. Once you have the correct information:

1. Open the Sizeup app on your mobile device
2. Navigate to the app's settings
3. Enter your phone number and PIN
4. Tap on 'Save' to store the information

Using Sizeup

After you've entered your phone number and PIN, you can start using Sizeup.

In the 'Alarms' section of the app, you will find a list of your agency's recent alarms. When you tap on an alarm from the list, you will be presented with detailed property information for that specific address.

If you have access to alarms from multiple fire departments or agencies, you can choose which agency's alarms you want to view in the 'Alarms' section. Tap on the agency name above the list to switch between agencies and access relevant alarm data.
